cannot change ringtones

cant open the folder 'phone ring tone'...it says ,unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped. wats this ?how to fix it?

Restart the device,did you try?

and its working with sim 1!!!!no prob there

reboot you phone in safe mode (press the power button and long press power off)

then try to open your phone ringtone folder.

yup working.....but not through media storage!!!!phone picker working...wots this all about?

Settings-apps-all-media storage,clear defaults.

Do as @alexdon says

And if it doesnt fix the problem, then you may have to Factory Reset your phone.
Its upto you. SInce you can do what you wanted to using phone picker, then you dont really have to Factory Reset your phone.
But if you feel really compelled to do so, then go ahead.
