Cannot add widgets after actualization to 4.3

Hi,
i've installed the new actualization to 4.3 Android today and this problem with widgets just came up.
I can add normal widgets. But when there is a one, who sort of sent you to the option screen before being added to the screen, I simply cannot add it.
I confirm the settings of the widget, click to for example "save" and then it send me to the home screen without any widget added. It happened to my with "Playerpro" and "My tracks" so far.

I am very upset, because the Playerpro widget is really important for me.

Is there enough space for the widget - ie: if the widget is full screen and you don't have a full screen available then the widget will not be added

Thats not it. I even tried to put the widgets to a completely empty screen and still it still did not work.

In that case I've no idea why it wouldn't work maybe except for compatibility

Okay, but thanks for trying to help me anyway.
It must have something to do with the new Android version. All the widgets, which aren't working right now used to work on the previous version without problems.

Have you updated over the top or flashed fresh - As it may be a case of uninstalling the apps in question then rebooting and then re-installing

I am nute sure, if I know what you mean.
My xperia is not rooted or anything else. I also tried to reinstall the applications without any success. 

I really dont know what to do. The biggest mistery is that normal widgets (on which you just click and they "jump" on your screen) are working normally  But when I click on a widget which sends you to a small option menu before beeing placed on the screen, the problem appears.
