Hi gstech10,

I use Flashlight Small App Free. I think it is more practical to have torch as a small app.

For flickering screen when autobrightness enabled, Yet Another Auto Brightness app does a good job but I uninstalled it. Turns out I don't like autobrightness that much. Slightly_smiling_Face

I am currently using TouchPal X keyboard instead of the stock one because the one that came with 4.3 is like a step backwards. And TouchPal X is better but I don't think I'll stick with it.

Chrome is disabled on many SP devices It is essential to replace it with a good one. While opera mini is great it's still a little behind. Opera for Android on the other hand is quite good but I had issues with it. Firefox's scrolling is very smooth. But almost all browsers overheat the phone except opera mini.

I wanted to gave a list of apps that will improve the bad implementations above. Other app choices are either obvious or depends on taste.

I don't know which category to put Pushbullet. Coupled with your PC browser, you can send links directly as a notification and if you allow the app it also can view your phone's notifications from pc. If your friends have it, you can push things to them as well. I really like this one.

Duolingo is a language learning app. It's good if you're into languages. Great way to spend your free time, it's fun, too. At first at least.

Smart Voice Recorder was my first choice for voice recording but it did not perform well. Now the STM-10 is ported I'll download and try it from links provided on XDA site.

If you like Flow, you might also enjoy Shift It, Blendoku, Slice It! and Tetris.

I might have left out 1 or 2, but tried to keep it clean and relevant.

I think that selecting the best apps for a phone is a personal thing..i agree aith the most options given above..im strongly against using any task killers or any battery or ram usage apps..
