Can't verify

I was trying to update my z3 dual from .74 firmware to . 96 via ota but everytime it finish could not verify error comes and you have to re download all over to try again, it's a bit frustrating, I read some having the same issue and try their methods but fail, is there a way to solve this without resetting or flashing device? thank you

Hi

You could try connecting your phone to PC Companion and update your phone without deleting any data.

Download PC Companion and install it on your PC. Connect your phone and follow the instructions

5th try still a failure, I give up, it's just wasting my precious time and bandwidth, updating was supposed to be not that complicated, thanks for the reply though.

How slow is your internet connection? it'll be wise to disable any antivirus and/or firewall on your PC
