Can't update to ICS 4.0.4 (UK)

Is anyone else having problems updating to 4.0.4 in the UK? I've got a Sony Xperia Arc S and I can't seem to do it. 4.0.3 has been absolutely rubbish. My phone keeps crashing, freezing, being slow and frankly useless!!

Well im running 4.0.3 at the moment, and it's saying its the latest version when quite clearly it isn't.
