Can't resume video display

After having used the Ray for some time the video goes blank to save energy,but i can't resume video display even if i press the power key or the HOME button.  

To again have the display I have to remove the battery for some seconds. 

Assistence in Italy was unable to solve this problem.

Any help ?

Which video player are you using?  Or where are you watching video from?

Well,i did not explained well,the display just shows nothing when i press the power key or the HOME button after i used the phone and the phone went on stand by.

I see only a black screen even if the phone is on.

In this case you will likely need to run a repair with PC Companion.

A repair was done by assistance in Italy ,but nothing changed.
