can't receive incoming calls

hI guys , i have an xperia z3 about a week old and today for some reason i cannot recieve inbound calls or texts , i can tex and dial out no problem and everything else seems fine , spent all day trying to fix and think i have done all the obvious , can anyone help please ?

Check if it works fine on safe mode

if it does then a third party app it's the culprit

Do you have any antivirus, taskillers? 

you could repair your phone with PCC and check again

Have you somehow turned on Call barring which is all incoming connections are banned

Welcome to the community,

This could simply be a Network based issue, I suggest giving them a call to see if anything has gone wrong with the account.

However you could also, try removing your SIM card and inserting a Friends or Family members SIM, once done send an SMS or make a call, once done remove their SIM and insert your SIM again.

This may help resolve the issue.
