Can't press install

When my phone was returned from repairs, I suddenly had this issue in which I could not press Install or Accept in many apps. What happens when I hit "Install" is absolutely nothing. It's like my phone doesn't register that I pressed the button. Cancel always works fine...? I would restart my phone a couple times, even wait hours, and try again. SOMETIMES this would work. That phone was stolen, but I was otherwise happy with the Z1, so I got the same phone again. This one has the same problem. What gives? This is such a weird problem. Has this happened to anyone else?

I should clarify that this always happens with confirmation requests within an app or when installing a third party app (ie. currently testing builds on a video game I'm working on).

Do you have "Unknown Sources" ticked in the Security section of Settings?

I checked it such that I would be allowed to install other apps, but apps like Dropbox should be fine eithey way, no?

Provided they are being installed via the Playstore yes, however if they are being sideloaded you need Unknown Sources ticked.
