can't navigate apps during phone call.

I can't bring upp the keyboard display such as sms typing, Google search, internet browsers. Also, the home button where I can use mini apps doesn't show up. And other different software navigation. This problem occured some time after the latest update. I've also tried reinstalling thé system but with no luck. Plz help. It is very frustrating!!

When you are in a phone call,you do not get the menu?Do you have a password or PIN?

No. That's not the problem. During a phone call, I can't handle apps properly. I can access the Main menu and all apps but I can't type any texts such as in sms, Google search bar. The message keyboard does not appear, And i can't use the backward button so I have to press the Home button instead which leads me to my desktop.there are other issues as well. But when I end a phone call, everything starts working normally. It's very frustrating!!

Yes btw i use pin but only when I boot my phone but I don't think that's causing the problem.

It is very awkward,because in the call menu,you have options such as call,contacts etc.And also,you should be able to go to messages,and write.Have you restarted your phone?

Yes i've tried that as well. It wasn't long ago I did a system reinstall. But it was before the latest update. Do you have any idea what's causing it, and is there away to fix it?

I have no idea what could be causing it.I say we wait for some others to post here,see if they have something in mind.If not,I suggest reset to factory settings option.

I've tried the factory settings reset and it didn't work, however, i did notice that the problem doesn't accrue directly while I'm in a phone call. It starts when my display locks when either i have the phone on my ear or pressing the power Button for screenlock. Right after that, the problem continues. I think I might do a complete factory reset. But i hardly think it would solve it. Thanx for the btw 🙂 i'll update a New post right after.

I also use a PIN for locking my phone and during phone calls,I have to insert the pin to be able to access the phone to save a contact,to write a message etc.You are welcome,I am waiting for your feedback.
