Can't make calls despite of disabling call baring

i need help, i dialed code *35*0000# and enabled call barring functionality and later disabled it by dialing #35*0000#. since then i cant make calls with my phone. kindly assist.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

That sounds wierd. Do you see that you have any signal strength or that the SIM-card is removed or similar? Could you post a screenshot of your home screen?

Have you tried with another SIM-card in your phone?

I haven't tried a different Sim card, b'coz signal is there and I can do other stuff like sms, email, whatsApp etc . I tried to insert my Sim card in a different phone there i can make calls. But putting back to my Xperia can't make calls

Hi 

I have similar problem from 2 days now.

When I try to make a call, dialing is ending after 1/4 signal. I need to try about 10 times to make a call. It's similar when someone is calling. It's like one signal and iI need to be very fast to pick up the phone. And it's not guarantee that I actually will be able speak with someone because sometimes phone hangs up after few sec. 

 I can text, use internet etc.

If you have tried another SIM-card, but the same thing happens. I suggest that you boot your phone into safe mode to see if you experience the same behaviour:

Otherwise, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via Update Service:

Download and install SUS at your PC, follow the instructions that appear.

My phone just shut down completely after i charged it no reason and now will not turn on nothing happening could it be the battery ?
