can't connect to the server problem!!

Hi pulling my hair out I can't download any apps or Facebook msger it comes up with just a sec then asks for a Gmail account I add that then says agree to the terms and conditions once I click next always says can't establish a Internet connection! I've been watching how to fix this but you need to download stuff and I can't as I need to do this for every app! Annoying! As I have a Internet connection! Help me please I've tried factory reset and nothing

If I understand you correctly, you are not even able to navigate inside the Google Play application? Have you tried with both 3G/4G connection and Wi-Fi?
