Can I restore previous version of Android?

My phone updated to the latest version of Android (4.1.2 - 9.1.A.1.141) but I am not liking this version of Android. Can I revert back to the previous version??

Unfortunately you can not go back to previous versions.

What if I restored my phone to it's original settings? Would this revert back to the original version of Android that was installed?

on a serious note, what don't you like at .141 and you liked at previous versions?

The camera function is not the same. I used to be able to record a video whilst the phone was in an upright position but when i go to play the video back now it changes to the landscape view and the video clip is centred (smaller). Didnt do this prior to the updated version of android.
