You should not be experiencing any lag on the UI with this model. Do you have a lot of content installed or any applications using up a lot of memory>

Main Menu Settings > Applications > Running Services > Is there anything here using up a lot more memory than anything else.

i have mcaffe but i didnt open it and i didnt have task killer

i have lot of games but it is not running and sometime the movie player will not responding while i playing 1080hd video

go to settings -> about phone which build number do you have?

you can backup and then repair/update your phone and see if that fix your issue.
