My phones camera is not working since last two weeks need urgent help

The phone was working perfectly also The latest software is there with it

when I go to setting and apps and all and camera The cache button is disabled

if yor are comfortable with clearing data then you can try to clear data

you might lose the photos which are taken from the phone, so keep back up before doing it

manjuboyz is right, just clear data and then Force stop + restart the phone and try again.

Also, have you tried to repair/re-install the software using Sony Update Service or PC Companion after the problem with the camera?

     i believe the camera app which you are using is default app which comes along with phone ???

if so, you cannot download or remove those app to get it fixed, you might need to restore the phone to get all the apps get back to normal

why you need to restore because, its an inbuilt app, if it is not launching then might be some software issues, restoring phone you will be losing all the data (make sure take back up before doing it ), i guess it should fix your problem
