Camera Resolution

I have a feeling that the perfect "crystal-clear" camera resolution I used to get in the pictures and videos I took during the first 13 days of my purchase (3 weeks ago) is not the same now. I checked in Xperia Diagnostic app and found that the image is blurry but then the call center executive told me that the image processed is only through hardware and if  the photo can be clicked then that means it is not a hardware issue. And when I went to camera the resolution was better than the one I got from Xperia Diagnostic. But the camera resolution, although clear, appears slightly less clear than the first few days of purchase.

Is it any worrisome situation?

Looks like the camera lens is dirty or scratched.

Have you tried clearing the Camera's data?If no,give it a try.Go to Settings->Apps(Swipe to the right to "All" section)->Camera->Clear Data.Restart your phone and test again.

lot of users said that the new update that rolled out last month has degraded the image quality. If that's true then maybe 4.3 update can solve the problem

Yes as a matter in fact, that is true, the algorithm used in pictures is diferrent between the last update and the previous one.Yeah,4.3 might just solve this issue without any flaw.
