Camera problem

Hello guys I got a problem in my camera it's not working and it is just saying that camera is not supported and actually I face this problem after my phone fall down in swimming pool and the flash light icon also gone from the quick setting and not the my phone is Sony experia Z5 premium

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the camera, you can also repair the phone with XC but you might have to contact your Local support

Hey I got the same problem in my Z5 Compact, did you solved it?

I tried reinstaling the app but its just not working, I think it got wet and hardware damaged. Trying to contact support from SONY but the phone is from Hong Kong (yikes!)

Hi @Jeddo1 and @EdgarGarcia,

If this happened directly after your device was submerged in water it's not impossible that it is related to what you are experiencing is related. If what @uliwooly suggested didn't help I'd advise you both to contact your Local support team in order to have your device sent to and examined by an authorized service centre.
