camera issue when flash on

2 days ago I bought Xperia z3 (D6603) from local market it was on lollipop 5.1.1. everything is working fine except camera. when I on the flash light the set becomes overheating and pictures are not clear. given below the sample picture. when I off the flash the camera works perfectly.

Do you have a case or screen protector on the device?

yes i have applied protectors on both sides but camera and flash light portions are free.

It is possible that, even if they are uncovered, the flash is reflecting the light from the protectors. As a test, could you please remove the back protector and see if it makes any difference?

the second picture is taken after removing the back protector. when flash light off the picture becomes clear here is the sample.

Is there any dirt, dust or scratches on the camera lens?

there is no scratch or dirt on camera

today I repaired my z3 via pc companion. it took more than 2 hours to repair but still facing the similar issue.

Is it hardware issue or some kind of software problem.
