camera issue when flash on

2 days ago I bought Xperia z3 (D6603) from local market it was on lollipop 5.1.1. everything is working fine except camera. when I on the flash light the set becomes overheating and pictures are not clear. given below the sample picture. when I off the flash the camera works perfectly.

I am not sure if it's related to the software or the hardware but if a software repair did not help I advice you to send your phone in to an authorized service center for further investigation. For more information contact your local support.

Check if back glass is not sticking up little bit near the camera lenses, also cover camera lens and make picture if flash light is present propably theres no gasket between camera lens and back glass.

after removing all the protectors. I am still facing camera problem here are recent pictures the first one is with flash light on and the second picture is without flash light

That's a hardware issue.

if it is a hardware issue so anybody tell me about the location of  local sony customer support center. I have tried my best to find out sony customer care in karachi city but did not find it. I am very much disappointed from this flashlight problem. otherwise each and every thing is working perfect after marshmellow update. I am not agree to go to local repairing center.

still I am facing flash light problem. yesterday I was playing Alto's adventure on my mobile after 15 minutes of gameplay rear glass suddenly cracked itself. the phone was not so much heatup. poor glass quality. I just wasted 21000 pak rupee (around $ 210) on it.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but based on your previous posts you can tell there's a hardware issue with your phone, perhaps the back was already cracked and you didn't noticed and/or it has lifted which explain why the flash was leaking and creating the problem, perhaps the battery has expanded due to been in contact with water, there are myriad reasons, but the glass can't crack on it's own.
