Camera is displaying "low memory"

I have Sony Xperia Arc S and I have some issues with the camera. I set it on 2MP, I just shot 6 pictures and it's displaying "low memory"; thus, I can't take any pictures anymore until I transfer some pictures from 100ANDRO to any other pictures folder. It's weird since the pictures taken by the camera should be automatically saved in SD card (I have 11GB left), so what's wrong?

Something must be acting up with either the SD card or camera app. Try to repair the phone software using PC Companion and also format your SD card.

Remember to save all your info before doing this.
