Camera image filename

Is it possible to set the camera image and video file name to the current time that it was shot, like 115732.JPG, if it is shot on 11:57:32. I am asking because I ran into a problem recently by accidentally deleting two images that I have shot, with file names DSC_110 and DSC_111. After deleting I took another two photos and naturally the file names were DSC_110 and DSC_111 replacing the file names of the previous files. The problem is that I have to recover the first DSC_110 and DSC_111 images. Since it is being replaced by files of same names, it is pretty difficult to recover. I have tried an android app to recover but in vain. Most people say it is difficult to recover files replaced with same file names. I didn't try recovery softwares on my PC since it is on repair. If the file name is time, there is no chance of same file names overwriting and making deleted files recovery easier.

if the pictures/files are on the internal storage there's nothing you can do to restore them, sorry.

There is no way to change the format that I am aware of, I can only think of third party apps, the images will always be stored in the way they were intended, in our case it is by number.
