Hi @JackRenz16, sorry to hear of this. Slightly_frowning_Face

Is this something that happens regularly, after taking a specific amount of photos?

Have you chosen to save the photos to an SD card or to the internal storage? If they are set to save to an SD card, could you try changing it to the internal storage to see if that makes a difference?

Hi Christofer;

This is happening ramdonly after taking certain amount of photos and i noticed the phone gets too hot as well using my new XA Ultra. I have chosen to save the photos to an SD card, I'll tried to save it to the internal storage to see if there is any difference.

Thanks for the help

U need to repair your phone with Xperia Companion. ALL USER DATA WILL BE DELETED. Dont install anything after repare. If all okay, download your apps again. If the problem returns , then it fails one of your programs. (but most likely all will be okay)

I agree with victor91r, though before performing a software repair using Xperia Companion you should try safe mode first. If this does not happen while in safe mode it is likely caused by a third party app. If it still happens it could be software related and in that case you should proceed with a software repair.
