How long you can record 60 fps in 1080 before the camera turns off, I only can record for 3 minutes. I don't know if I have a problem.

If the phone gets too hot, it will shutoff the camera to avoid overheating; which means that if you have other apps/services running or you have been using the phone, it will be warm which won't take longer to heat up the phone to the point it has to disable the camera. 

Test it on safe mode

if it gets too hot yeah it is normal.
