Call log empty

Hi,

The call log on the Compact isn't populating. I've tried doing hide and then show call log, as well as adding and removing filters but nothing works it just stays blank. Interestingely, I've added a call log widget to one of the screens and this populates fine.

Any ideas?

Try settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data.You might also want to try a force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

3rd party apps work?Try to boot in safe mode,see how it goes:

I've tried it in safemode but still didn't work. The phone is pretty fresh in terms of installed apps etc. I only got it yesterday and all I've done is transfered the contacts from my iphone and installed a handful of apps from the store.

So I've restored the phone to factory settings and the call logs were working fine. At some stage however these have disappeared again. My suspicions are either on Whatsapp, Facebook or Facebook for Xperia.

Uninstall all the apps and use it for a while and see if it happens again.

It might have some issues with whatsapp.

I updated android but it was already updated to the latest release
