Call forwarding does not call.

Guys need some help!
My Xperia Z3 compact eata not doing connection, it appears as conditional call forwarding enabled but is not activated.
What can it be?
It is getting connection usually Operator LIVE.

I\m not sure I understand the question, however are you saying that you wish to turn call forwarding on? if so you need to get the PIN 2 code from your network carrier and then activate it in Call settings.

Actually I'm NOT getting make calls. When trying to link the following message appears (call active condicinal deviation) however this function is not activated.

My device always shows ( conditional Call forwarding is enabled) however my device shows that no forwarding is turned on.

This message comes from the network carrier, as they control if this option is on or not. If you wish to know more about it simply contact your network carrier.
