Please help! I bought my TIPO Dec. 6, 2013. I really want to get a different brand but I decided to stick with SONY because of the quality. I was WRONG! Phone Calibration issue started irritating me and this happened in Dec 28, few days after purchasing the phone! I brought the phone to the nearest service center which is 3 hrs away from our location. They fixed the calibration issue and now its acting up again, Mar. 31. I was advised by the Representative in Sony Hotline that if I bring the phone to unauthorized service center, the guarantee will be void. How can I do this if going to Manila for this problem cost P1000.00 already! HELP! I want to throw this phone to the window!!!
I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience, but our suggestion would be to contact your local Sony Mobile support center to inquire about warranty options.
what do you mean by "calibration"?
