C902 Saving Video issues

I have a C902 mobile phone.  I have a video saved on my computer which I have converted to a 3GP file and an MP4 file.  I copy and paste the video into the "video" folder on my phone using the USB cable.  But then the video does not appear on my phone.  What am I doing wrong?  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

I have managed to save the video on my phone now in 3GP format.  It shows as a thumbnail, gives the correct length etc.  But when I want to play it, it says "playback failed".... any help?

I have had the same problem and it's because the video isn't recognised as being in the correct format to be played by your phone.What you need to do is re-download the video to your phone while connected to the MediaGo programme on your PC, which you can download from the SE wesite.When the video is transferred to the phone in this way, MediaGo will automatically convert it to a format which is playable on your phone.Hope this solves the problem.
