C1904 screen misbehaving

need help urgent suddenly my phone's screen missbehaving touch works sometimes and sometime didn't i tried in safe mode but problem not solved screen showing touches automatically in everywhere my display is not broken or damaged i dont know  why this happening i m using origanal charger which camed with box

Does this only happen when the phone is connected to the charger? If not, have you tried to wipe of the screen so there are no dirt that is causing this problem? Otherwise, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via PC Companion:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

no it happens even phone not connected to charger and i tried PCC but when clicked on support>phone update phone disconnected automatically

Disconnect the phone >  run PCC > click on repair and follow all the steps until you are prompt to connect your phone (off)
