my xperia worked for 2 weeks than started to push its own buttons (return, menu and back) has been in repair since may. they do not spend more than 3 minutes looking at it at the repair shop. the phone is mostly unworkable because the back button prevents you from doing anything. I have a video of it the vodafone shop reprodcued it in 3 minutes but the repair center say they can not find anything, I wonder if they even read the problem or looked at it for more than a minute before sending it back. phone has been in repair for more than 7 weeks and i am asked to send it in for repair again

Updates have no impact at all.I have done them when ever I had the phone and it was not acting up fo ra moment.
I am out of options, sony support does not react, they said let us know when you get it back and the problem is still there but have not seen a reaction from them
I cannot sell the phone like this as "I feel repsonsible when selling someone a phone".
thing I worry about most is that Sony has serious quality issues in their production as I recently baught their vaio notebook SVP1321C5E that I actually consider returning
is there anyone who knows how to get the attention of Sony for a problem like this
