Bugs..!! In new update 15.4.A.1.9 #XperiaM

Hi, After this new update i'm facing bugs like sound bar not showing only showing a black bar I have also tried it without applying any themes still it's like this & every while videos are not working it's saying "video can't play" in movies player. I've tried it in other players also like mx player but still nothing & to clear it i've tried it with 360p,480p,720p videos not 1080p but still got the same result.& what about camera apps sony said that any android phone having android 4.3+ can download camera apps but it's like before it's still showing your device is not compatible. Well...Report If anyone facing the same problems!

I convert all video files with Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate on PC (choose Android 480x548 section mp4 file) and all movies i can watch on Xperia M How i know some devices liek DVD players, showing just black screen and sound... How i understood u have the same problem with Xperia M, so need to find right file, some movies is made in HD files so some devices is not supported. Try it program on PC wich i mentioned, must work for u too, coz for me it's working and i don't have any problem like that

By the way it's not bugs of device or software, it's just not supported file

Yo u r suggesting me to convert videos..? To be clear i've working videos which were playing before very smoothly 2be clear no probs in videos i just think it's software problem!

I just wrote that i know U can forward experiment, but i don't have mentioned problem and i'm sure that if u just convert with PC and mentioned program any videos to right (mentioned and tested) file i think u will can watch movies on yr Xperia M too like i can... But it's depends u and it's yr choice to blame new update, to find other way to fix yr problem or just to try this way which i mentioned Anyway good luck I hope it's work for u... if no... u always can try or find another way to solve yr problem  I'm just trying to help u

I have not updated my phone yet to newer firmware and yes Xperia m supports 720p + 1080p videos. So you don't have to convert the videos everytime it's a s/w bug.

Some Sony TV, Xperia smartphones don't support .mkv file in which often is made HD movies, so u have to convert if u want to watch movies to other formats like .mepg, .avi or .mp4 and ect which is supported:) ...720i, 1080i or others are not formats of files it's just resolution (if explan to u easy, read here about 1080i http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1080i) which can be in various formats of video files. I have 3 Sony TV, it's not my first Sony smartphone, so i know what i'm saying - black screen is not bug, even if u heard sound, that's mean yr device is not support with file which u trying to play in it  I had many files like that which i converted to the right formats and black screen gone. So it's tested by myself, need just to convert to right format If that's bug why i can watch movies? Bug can't be just in one costumer device... then the same problem must be in ours all devices

Euphorics you are right but I am not saying about only resolution but format like. Mkv files mpeg etc are supported by Xperia m. But hd resolution videos like 1080p were not supported in stock jelly bean means 4.1.2 but after updating it to 4.3 hd videos worked. And as the problem said above that it not supporting now so I think it may be a s/w bug.

And I never convert any file to any format to watch movies or videos I just copy paste it whatever the format and yes I have also tested hd videos.

Paras5, i just wrote about problem which i had in past I don't have any problem like that now, coz i converting all videos into smallest files, .mp4 format, coz 2GB Full HD movies is too big for me, into phone enough 480x548 resolution, no need Full HD

Common any one say so I have videos which were playing before example 15.4.C.0.23 btw this new update got me angry always saying 'cannot play video' why?
