When i received a G-talk call while i was in a voice call... my voice call was routed to speaker even after rejecting the G-talk call it was in speaker mode only without UI showing spkr selected.

How strange, I tried but wasn't able to replicate it. Have you tried to reinstall the phone software using SUS?
