hi...
i recently got my xperia s..
the problem is...
after a month of using it..
a wierd bug or what happend to it...
the lower left screen (near the back button)
keeps pressing the button even though iam not pressing it...
and somtimes when iam trying to create a txt message..
it just keeps on pressing random buttons...
i had to lock the screen a lot of time and unlock it to stop it from happening...
so if anyone has the same promblem.. can you please tell
me any solution to stop it?.
its really annoying and keeps wasting my time on txting and recieving calls...
Try to repair the phone's software using PCC or SUS , it may help
uhm i know this may sound weird but...
what is a PCC or SUS?
sory.. total noob here..
PCC = PC companion
SUS = Sony update service
ahw...
ok...
thx...
i did what you suggested..
but still no improvement... its still the same...
i have the same problem... is it this one? I think someone from Sony have to take a look on it.
wow, this problem seems to uneatrh in more and more devices.. I had the same issue for 2 days and then the whole screen stopped working sometime back.. ie no touch is recognized.
Now my only hope is the dreaded service center, btw does anybody know hoe to boot in recovery mode since i want to hard reset and wipe my phone before giving it to the service guys..
I can only suggest that you get the handset to a service centre for assessment/repair. I have supplied a link below that will allow you to find contact details of Sony Xperia Support.
I think iam gonna do that..
cause it really keeps on getting worse..
its getting harder and harder to use.. it takes me about 5 minutes just to open a application...
and a lot of time when iam trying to compose a text message.
