Hi, just a month ago I acquired 12/01/2014 Sony Xperia Z3 dual sim ( D6333 ) , on 02/01/2015 walk out and put it in my pocket.
When it out to take a call I meet the PANTALL broken TOUCHSCREEN .
The team bought in Rio de Janeiro , I live in Rosario , Santa Fe, Argentina and traveled with some frequency to Brazil.
In Argentina , do not give me support because I acquired in Brazil.
I need to fix my problem please , someone tell me how to fix it.
I called the phone of Sony and I have not the answer I 'm looking for.
Always use Samsung, decided to change by this brand and really never thought a INDESTRUCTIBLE screen was going to break this way.
Please help

As they say in the pages, SONY does not offer international warranty, and it does not care who buys a team of the characteristics of z3 . is to take into account when choosing a product SONY.la next week will travel to Porto Alegre , where I leave my phone and see what happens .
