Brightness problem

My mobile phone sinked into water for less than 10 minutes and less than 0.5 m of water however it started to behave unusually for a day then all works good only brightness.. I cannot adjust the brightness its very low now I cannot see any thing in morning
Any help please

That's seems to be a hardware problem, contact your local Xperia support to get it inspected.
