i have experienced this twice already in just 2mos. i have also relied on the update service to fix this problem. but do you guys know how to avoid this bootloop thing? now i am afraid to use the bluetooth service since then. is rollbacking to gingerbread also a good solution and how? any suggestion would be very much appreciated especially from sony. thanks!
I haven't noticed this before so I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
