Bluetooth wents off

Since the Android update Bluetooth do not work anymore. When I try to turn it on, a pop up says "Bluetooth turned off". I have to confirm OK several times as there were 5 pop ups at least. When I turned the device on, it tryed to start Bluetooth immediatley (you can see the icon blinking above). Then there are about 25 pop ups, minimum... 

I already installed an app, thought this would help, but the problem stays.

Boot your phone in safe mode,see if bluetooth works:

Thanks for the link, it doesn't work in save mode either! 😞
