Bluetooth problem Xperia Tipo

First my phone stop having Wi-Fi.

Now I think Bluetooth it's about to give me a headache.

I have a Bluetooth comunication system on my helmet.

I can play and hear the music on it. I can hear the phone calling. I can't talk to anyone. After answering the call, I can't hear people and they don't hear me.

Is it possible? After all, I can hear my music (MP3 on the celular) and can hear the GPS (also on the celular).

Why can't I hear my phone calls?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Sounds like it could be an problem with the accessory pairing and/or the headset profile since the A2DP profile seems to be working still. Try removing the pairing via Bluetooth setting in phone and pair your accessory again.

If you still can't get calls working you may want to check if other Bluetooth headset works with calls.

Resetting the accessory may also be an good idea.

Hi,

I already try with 2 diferent celulars.

With both, it worked fine!

With mine, I already remove the pairing via Bluetooth, and pair it again. The problem remains!

I can hear the audio player, the celular GPS, and other app's instaled, but no phone call voices. They don't hear me. I don't hear them! But I hear the phone ring on my helmet.

Weird !!!
