Bluetooth on xpreria J scans but never discover other devices

Hi I need yall help, Bluetooth on my  xperia J does turn on but it never discover devices around it form different phones, please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should stop by a sony service.

Wow,that is far away.You should look for other services,not sony necessarily.
