Bluetooth on xpreria J scans but never discover other devices

Hi I need yall help, Bluetooth on my  xperia J does turn on but it never discover devices around it form different phones, please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On other phones turn on discoverable or if other phones are trying to connect to you then on your phone turn on discoverable - On your phone open ~Settings then Bluetooth and at the top it will say something like make visible to all devices

thanks for the reply, i do make my phone visible to all nearby bluetooth devices and than hit Available devices and still turn out with NO nearby Bluetooth devices were found althouhg my firends Iphone adn Samsung phones have their bluetooth visible!!! they can see each other's phones but not mine!!!??????

Strange,does the same happen if you boot in safe mode?

I just did put in Safe mode, still same thing

Strange,try to repair via sony update service:

I will try to do that once I get home, I hope I won't lose everything I have on my phone...I'll keep you updated, thank you so much for your help

You will lose internal storage,I suggest you backup most of your data(you can use myphone explorer,pc companion).

sttill not working, did hard rest, nothing, bluetooth still doesn't discover or get discovered, Any new ideas please!
