Hi I have updated my phone and since the update bluetooth does not work, i.e you press turn on bluetooth and it shows the "turning on" but then it just returns to the turn on bluetooth screen in wireless and network settings
Ok so get an email saying update status but someone has, the question has NOT been answered Bluetooth is still not working, it worked fine up to upgrade but not since.
It is strange that the repair ahs not resolved the issue as it sounds very much like a software issue. However with this being the case i would have to advise that you return the phone for assessment by an authorised repair agent.
Guys, was this problem ever identified and resolved because I have exactly the same symptoms with my Xperia Ray. Bluetooth and WiFi both worked fine but now don't and I have not knowingly changed any settings.
I am user of Neo V, I have also updated software to Andriod 4. From the change by bluetooth showing status of "Turning Blue Tooth On...." but never get on. Also its take lots of time and somy reboots at the time of restart.
