Bluetooth not working after upgrading to ICS

So yet another problem surfaced after upgrading my Neo V to ICS. My phone is unable to detect any bluetooth devices. I'm visible to others and they can pair with my phone and transfer files both ways. Anyone else facing this issue? What's the solution??

I did upgrade as well and my phone will recognize bluetooth devices but will only pair with devices that have the standard 0000 passkey.  If a device needs me to enter a 4 digit pin the Neo will no longer pop up the window to allow me to enter the pin, it simply tries to connect with default and fails.  Did not have this problem prior to upgrade to ICS, and the real bummer is that I can no longer use bluetooth in my car with integrated onstar system until this is fixed.  If someone finds a work around where I can pair and enter passkey let me know!

I think you will have to try repairing the phone software to see if it helps. Use PC Companion.

Let me know if you still can't detect other devices after the software repair.

I'm aware that some users are getting this problem so I have passed it on to our developers.
