Bluetooth not pairing after ICS

Its true that there are so many threads on touch screen problem and I'm also face this issue ..

But what I need to know is,,

Will Future software updates solve this touch scrren problem ??.. I'm not angry if it take months for ICS UPDATE (My SI 1261-8812) but Will software updates solve this ??( I don't think this issue is 100% related to hardware faulty.... Because I didn't do anything stupid to my phone ...nyway I tried resetting + all those suggested methods)
