• to connect the bluetooth to the model horn srs- x11 sound is distorted , omitted clear , and restore both devices , update the xperia to the latest version of everything , probe the safe mode and the problem continues , the horn works with other devices different brand , I connect the auxiliary and hear perfect.

Just to clarify and make sure I understand your issue correctly:

• You have the SRS X11 speakers connected via bluetooth and the sound is distorted.
• You have connected the speakers to other devices and they work correctly on them. The issue is only present on your Xperia E4.
• You have updated your handset and tested in safe mode.

If I have anything here incorrect, please correct me.

If it is as I have determined above, have you tested any other speakers or headphones on your Xperia E4, and does the same issue occur?

try to re-pair the devices again

are you using the stock music app? have you tried using other music app?

check your audio settings, try to change clear audio+ and dynamic equalizer

is correct, only the e4 has problems with auxiliary plays well, and upgrade to the latest version of software

hi, use the stock application with all settings, turn off throw , try other players and the problem is only with auxiliary cable plays well , the problem is bluetooth, and connect it to another Bluetooth device and does the same. 

Restore to factory 3 times, reinstall the software, update all applications and there is not change
