Hi,
My xperia neo v phone is having build 4.1.B.0.587,ICS.
Today when I turned on bluetooth on my phone,it suddenly went to reboot n from then on its continues to reboot.
(no file transfer was made, just on turning the bluetooth on.....it crashed)
I could only see SONY.....XPERIA...lock screen for hardly 2-3seconds and then again SONY...XPERIA......SONY.....i.e reboot loop.
What could be the possible cause?
Plz suggest a fix for this issue.

me too got the same issue and this is my 3rd time.
Please give the proper update
Sam, software repaires at home or at service centre does not help. Once this problem occours it keep on repeating randomly. Only solution to this problem is to downgrade to Gingerbread.
Suppot guys always say the same.......... It happens to me once, i just reflash my GB tft. Yes i know, they should fix all of this, but they will not. They will never gonna release a nice an stable rom. Because, obviously they do not know what they're doing.
Fu..k That means there is no solution yet for BlueTooth Bootloop
Why Sony U Doing this :smileyangry:?
I think there is really a compatibility issue between the ICS firmware and the Bluetooth firmware of Gingerbread. This reboot loop happened to my Neo V twice, before I came to a conclusion that it was the Bluetooth which caused it. Luckily, I was able to repair it, thanks to the instructions provided by Xperia Support. I hope Sony would be able to fix this issue.
They will never gonna fix this, they already got your money.
They do not care.
P.S. Support guys can't help you.
As this is not a common issue across the board with this handset on the latest firmware I would have to advise that you return the handset so that it may looked at by an authorised repair agent given that the repair has not fixed it for you.
