Bluethoot headset doesn't work

I have from my old Xperia a bluetooth headset the M600.

But it refuse to pair with my phone Bluetooth.

Does anybody now what to do?

My Xperia Z does recognize other Bluetooth devices!?

Do you mean the MW600? If so, the headset is not is not compatible with the Xperia™ Z. Take a look: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/products/accessories/mw600/
