Blue screen

Hi I have a problem with my Sony Xperia m4 aqua. When I use the phone sometimes appeared a blue screen e after this the phone restart automatically. First this screen it appeared at the start but after a repair with the software on pc I fix it. But when I was using the phone it restart automatically with a blue screen again. How I fix it?

Repair the phone with XC, if you encounter the same issue, you will have to contact your Local support

Sorry to hear about this issue, can you please advise if you are restoring the handsets content after performing a software repair on the device? As this could possibly be a part of the problem.

Thanks. I have just send an email at my Local Support in Italy. Now I have remove the sd card for see if it is corrupted.
