blank black screen

Dears,

my mobile is Xperia SP, i am facing an issue in the screen, when i press the power key to unlock the mobile, i face a blank black screen but the backlight is turned on, i have to lock and unlock again to work. another issue, when someone calls me, the mobile is ringing while the screen is blank black screen, i have to lock and unlock again to see the caller.

Your phone works fine in other situations?Try to boot it in safe mode,see if that occurs:

your os version 4.1 or 4.3?

this is the one of the future of xsp 4.1.2 😛
update to 4.3 to fix (but lot of bugs are there in 4.3 )

Sry to say that there's no solution to this
only 4.3 can fix (not sure according to posts here )
