Battery Problem

Hi...My battery does not seem to be charging at times. and many times it does not charge full. my phone seems to be a bit slower than usual. I cleared cache, etc. Phone is 7 months old. not of my other phones had this problem.

Are you playing video games while charging? Also are you charging the phone with the computer?

No! no games. not using pc to charge.
data is switched off n phone unused during charge time.
