Battery Problem

Hi Team,

I have using sony xperia Neo L hand set since past 2 years. its working very fine but i have facing problem with battery since 1 week. My got charged but charging percentage is not get increased. For ex: when i was connected to power port "charging level is 30" after 1 hour its showing same number. 

Kindly look on it and do needful.

Hi rajapu

   Even I have phone of 2.5yrs old, have no issue with the battery, in your case I believe battery life might be gone , better to restore the phone to factory settings once(make sure you keep backup of your phone data) and check does the battery does the same , if so then buy new battery for it

NOTE

>dont charge the battery fully or drain to 0%, i do not charge more than 95% and will keep intact 50% everytime
