Battery Problem

My phone automatically getting turned-off whenever the battery reaches 25%.What might be the problem??Should I have change the battery itself ??

Hi there,

Try the following:

When phone reaches 50% in battery level turn it off and remove the battery for a few minutes > Put it back and connect the charger > Charge your battery overnight > After that turn it on and check for improvements.
