hello! I purchased my z1 compact a year ago. 3 days ago, the battery went crazy. from 60 or 70% it drains completely to 0% and it simply shuts down. any possible reasons? what can I do to fix this? thanks!
Could be a battery failure or it could be your firmware/software giving false readings - you could try a system repair and if that fails then you would need to have your device inspected
